We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: We do not accept returns on single cards. Only sealed products that have not been opened are eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
